• Ann Pompelio
  Ann Pompelio, Attorney At Law, will be honored at the annual Law Day celebration on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 7 p.m. at the Sussex County Courthouse. Ann is being honored for her volunteer work with Project Self-Sufficiency over the past 11 years. Previously, in December, Project Self-Sufficiency gave Ann a Mosaic Award and recognized her as Volunteer Attorney of the Year. Ann practices family law in Sparta.
   
• Dawn DeGraw
  Dawn DeGraw of Garden of Life Massage and Yoga Center was recently recognized as the 2008 Entrepreneurial Success Award Winner from Sussex County Chamber of Commerce. Dawn's business is located on Route 23 in the Wantage Plaza.
   
• Shannon Lobue
  Our chapter is pleased to announce that Shannon LoBue, VP/CFO of Brittashan Enterprises, has been included on NJAWBO's list of 30 outstanding businesswomen.  The NJAWBO 30 list was created to celebrate NJAWBO's most successful women and as part of our year-long 30th Anniversary celebration.  Honorees were nominated by members and chosen by a panel based on their achievements and recommendations.  The NJAWBO 30 were recognized along with other outstanding women leaders during NJAWBO's "Salute to Women Leaders" event on Monday, March 24, 2008.  Shannon was previously honored in 2004 as Sussex-Warren's Businesswoman of the Year and is a past chapter president.  She serves NJAWBO as the Northern Region President and is the 2008-2009 candidate for State VP of Finance.
   
• Lisa Wagner
  Lisa Wagner wrote and published her new book, Treasures of a Nurse's Heart: My Mother's Memoirs of Love and Wisdom for Everyday Life and it is now available on www.barnesandnoble.com and www.amazon.com. It was a labor of love with mother and daughter working together to tell the life story of her mother's dedication and compassion.   We added a Past Events page. Go there to read about past events and to see some event photos. You'll find a lot of information and photos about our 2007 Entrepreneurs' Business Boot Camp that was a TREMENDOUS Success.
   
• February 2007
  We launched our new Website on our own domain, www.njawbosw.org. We will utilize Kintera on the NJAWBO State Site for certain functions, e.g. Join NJAWBO signup. All future Chapter updates will be made to this new separate domain and linked to from the State NJAWBO site.
   
  Our thanks to Susan Riding with SR Web Resources, a Sussex-Warren Chapter member, for the prompt and quality work. Susan will continue to maintain the site for a period of one year.
