The firm is headed by Patricia R. Carley, Esq., a 1991 graduate of Seton Hall Law School, admitted to practice in NJ in January 1992. Prior
to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Carley earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Carley spent her entire
career concentrating on litigation. In law school she earned honors in the Moot Court and Mock Trial programs, serving as Seton Hall's Spring
Director, a semi-finalist in the Widener Corporate Law Competition, a quarter-finalist in the Brooklyn Law School Competition and a quarter-finalist
in the Frederick B. Lacey Mock Trial Competition. Ms. Carley interned with the Hon. Alfred M. Wolin, U.S.D.J. and served as Law Clerk to
the Hon. John A. McLaughlin, P.J.S.C. (retired). She has been primarily responsible for handling hundreds of files from start to finish on
a variety of matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. She has tried over a dozen superior court matters to conclusion and litigated hundreds
of others to satisfactory conclusions for her clients. She has recently completed enough trial hours to apply to become a Certified Civil
Trial Attorney.

Developing young minds and preparing for the future is also important to Ms. Carley. She spent three years as an Adjunct Professor of Law
at Seton Hall University School of Law. She has recently been hired as an adjunct Professor at Centenary College where she teaches business
law. She is also deeply committed to her community. In addition to her various roles within NJAWBO, Ms. Carley serves on the Board of Trustees
for SCARC Guardianship Services; she is the Americanism Chairperson for Lake Hopatcong Lodge # 2109 of the B.P.O.E.; and she is an active
member of her sorority's alumnae organization.
