LC Schmidt Associates LLC is an executive coaching and business consulting company founded by Linda Schmidt. LC Schmidt Associates LLC is the vehicle through which Linda provides her accumulated experience, education, skills and knowledge to help businesses of all types and sizes - from 1 to 1000s - and their leaders:

As preparation for this entrepreneurial venture, Linda has had 30 years of experience in a wide variety of business functions, and also earned her MBA. The sum total of the breadth and depth of Linda's experience results in her understanding a great deal about what makes businesses and the people in them work well, and gives her an ability to assess situations quickly. She is able to help people develop the insight to get out of their own way and enhance their business success.

LC Schmidt Associates LLC serves business owners and corporate leaders, and their teams, through highly effective individual coaching, and through custom seminars which may also be reinforced by individual coaching.

Individual Profile - Linda Schmidt

Linda Schmidt founded LC Schmidt Associates in 2002 after being part of a wide variety of business functions - everything from strategic planning to project management, procurement, manufacturing, human resources support, sales support, quality control, on-site leader of facility closures, and acquisition integration in the US and globally. In her broad and deep business experience, Linda has held key management and executive leadership positions, including in small startup businesses launched by a larger company. She also served one of two major business segments of a large corporation as a Vice President on the global management team and as Vice President of Continuous Improvement.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Drew University and a Masters in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University's Executive MBA program. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for The International Alliance for Women (TIAW), and is also an active member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).
