Individual Profile - Donna Price

Donna Price, M.S., M.Edu, President of Compass Rose Consulting, LLC opened her doors 3 ½ years ago. Donna has two master's degrees, one in education, and one in recreation administration and over 18 years experience working as a mid to upper level administrator in non-profit organizations. She has vast experience as a facilitator and team builder. Donna has trained hundreds of staff on facilitation skills, using adventure as a medium for team building. Teaching both high and low ropes course facilitation. In her business she has taken this team building expertise to a new level in working long term with companies and organizations to build effective teams that produce the results needed by the company. Donna has been certified as an executive coach and facilitator of Best Year Yet strategic planning and implementation program. She has had extensive training in business and life coaching through Comprehensive Coaching U. She has also completed several marketing programs with Action Plan Marketing, Audacious Enterprises, Pipeline Profits and the Powerful Promoter. Through this training she has extensive marketing and internet marketing expertise.

Donna is the author of a book: "Launching Your Dream" and a contributing author to "101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life". She has written many articles that are published by E-Zine publishers around the world.

Donna has developed a complimentary tele-seminar series called Lunch with Donna, and two tele-seminar series called: "Business Builders Intensive" and "Coaching Staff for Success".

Donna serves as the VP of Program for the Sussex Warren Chapter of NJAWBO, she is the secretary of the board for the Holistic Mentorship Network, serves on the Business Advisory Council of Samaritan Inn, and is a facilitator of a club for "Are you a B-Girl".

Donna has presented workshops and trainings locally and at Regional and International Conferences. She offers keynotes on a variety of topics including: Living Your Dream, Coaching Staff, Juggling the Many Hats of a Small Business Owner, and more.
