Debbi is the president and founder of Bifulco Business Solutions LLC, a coaching and consulting firm in Newton, NJ and established in Sussex County in 2002.

Before starting her own company she spent over 25 years in senior and executive level positions with large domestic and international companies. She has experience in all aspects of business management, including: strategic planning, sales and marketing management, financial management, customer service, human resource development, and training. When she decided to leave the corporate world, Debbi wanted to do something that would utilize her years of business experience in a way that would provide benefit to local, privately owned companies.

While most people entering consulting choose to work with larger companies, Debbi's passion is working with small companies and entrepreneurs. Her focus is helping companies to achieve greater profitability, and helping business owners recapture their vision. She does this by working with clients to develop well-defined goals, accountability and measurable results.
