Important Information For Sponsors

Promo Bag:   Sponsors eligible to submit promotional items to insert in the Boot Camp promo bag:

• Must provide 300 units
• DEADLINE:   Provide materials no later than Friday, March 15, 2008

Advertising:   Sponsors eligible to submit advertising of any kind:

• Must provide camera-ready copy
• DEADLINE:   Advertisements must be received no later than Friday, February 15, 2008
• All advertisers will be contacted directly with copy resolution, dimensions and submission guidelines

Web link:   Sponsors eligible to receive a Web link on our chapter website

• Must provide full company contact information including website address and email contact as soon as possible
• Web links will be posted immediately upon receipt of payment and will remain accessible up to 6 months following the event
• We will contact you directly with logo submission guidelines
